Centurum is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Marlton, NJ office. This role is the primary point of contact for end-user technical support and helpdesk services, while also providing hands-on assistance with server room operations and maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of issues, communicates clearly with non-technical users, and is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and remote support software
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users
- Manage user accounts, licensing, and device enrollment through Active Directory / Entra ID and Intune (MDM)
- Triage and remediate device compliance issues through Microsoft Intune, escalating as appropriate
- Maintain and enforce device configuration policies and compliance baselines via Intune
- Assist with server room operations including hardware maintenance, cable management, monitoring, and vendor coordination
- Document support activities, resolutions, and asset information in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or managed service partners as appropriate
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including equipment setup and account provisioning
- Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and knowledge base documentation as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support technician role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management)
