Overview
The N30 / NAVSPACE Senior Management Analyst 2 provides expert management analysis and operational support to Navy and Joint Space operations. This role requires extensive experience in business process reengineering, configuration management, and strategic planning, with a focus on analyzing space-related operational readiness, mission impact, and planning. The analyst will support high-level forums and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop actionable courses of action and ensure mission success.
Responsibilities
• B.S. or B.A degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted to meet this requirement)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience performing management analysis, including at least 5 years of specialized experience in areas such as:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph (Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)), successfully completed within the last 6 years
• High school diploma or GED
• All candidates must be located at Fort Meade, MD

Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing recommended Navy plans, instructions, intelligence assessments, battlespace awareness assessments, requirements, and exercise documentation related to Navy and Joint Space operations
- Provide analysis on:
- Space Order of Battle
- Operational readiness
- Mission impact to Navy missions based on space operations
- Analyze the impact on Navy missions based on real-time and possible non-US Space related operations, posturing, and development
- Support the Space Operations Director in developing multiple courses of action (COAs) considering both U.S. and non-US Space resources and capabilities
- Provide support to the Space Operations Director for Navy and Joint forums, including:
- Joint Space Warfighting Forum (JSWF) and associated sub-forums
- Working groups led by CDR USSPACECOM and Director NRO
- 06 Forum
- 2-Star Prep Sessions
- JSWF meetings
- Space-related Commander Update Briefs
- Navy Space Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings
- Space-related conferences
