DUTIES AND RESPONBILITES
THE CANDIDATE WILL CONDUCT BASIC WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS FUNCTIONS TO INCLUDE:
• Inventory/QA/document outgoing production material/equipment for Formal Deliveries worldwide.
• Prepare movement request form (MRF) and transportation movement request (TMR) for the movement of materials between warehouse, labs and Formal shipments to customers worldwide.
• Wrap, ship, and receive Unclassified and Classified equipment in accordance with regulations.
• Research equipment using FEDLOG/HAYSTACK/ONE TOUCH.
• Receive, log, and inventory incoming packages/media from sites.
• Conduct random inventory checks within various storage locations (cm safe, warehouse, etc.)
• Label and make copies of media as needed.
• Prepare media and ILS packages for shipment.
• File media in the cm library and properly dispose of media.
• Assist CM librarian with media requests (pull items from the safe as they are requested)
• Assist warehouse with loading/unloading trucks and delivering equipment to the proper custodians.
REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED.
The candidate must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Requires five (5) years of experience providing warehouse logistics support, preferably within DOD, and the ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on deadline requirements.
MUST MAINTAIN ELIGIBILITY FOR A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to include boxes, pallets, crates etc.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Configuration Management experience and strong background in English grammar and Quality Assurance analysis.
