Description
Centurum is recruiting candidates to fill Windows System Administrator roles in support of US Navy C4ISR defense acquisition programs.  This work is contingent upon contract award, which is anticipated to begin in the summer 2024 timeframe.

Duties will include installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.
Required Experience
Seven (7) years with Master’s or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s degree of professional experience in systems administration to include
supporting daily operational requirements of computer network systems, including workstation, file servers, and web servers. Individual shall have experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services. Individual shall be capable of training staff on software applicable to their position, assisting customers with information technology, monitoring system configuration (hardware and software), and providing instruction on computers and applications.

Specific Experience: Two (2) years of experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows based networks.
Required Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
Technical Certifications
  • Cybersecurity workforce certification/training in accordance with DoD 8570.1M and subsequent DoD 8140 manual as applicable.
  • Preferred Certifications for the position include AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Technology Associate, Certified SAFe Agilist.
