The Integrated Master Scheduler is a skilled scheduler who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. As an Integrated Master Scheduler on our team, you'll analyze the development and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Statement of Work (SOW). This role will also involve the development of data tracking to monitor project and organizational impact, including tracking funding and impacts based on project schedule, overtime, leave, and new requirements. Working with DoD clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support junior schedulers in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.

Compensation: $40-$46 an hour. Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's Schedule Management Plan (SMP).
- Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required.
- Support and manage a project and program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively
- Publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support junior schedulers in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience building and managing integrated master schedules
- Knowledge of scheduling tools, including MS Project or Primavera
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
Travel Required: 5%
