DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Centurum is looking for an Administrative Assistant with two (2) years of related administrative experience. In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, and payroll. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. Duties may include processing purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors, and travel and expense reports; collects and processes expense reports and vendor invoices into automated accounting system. Serve as point of contact for the office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other departments, as well as outside contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Compensation: $37.50 - $44.71 an hour.
Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 2 years current or other relevant experience supporting Executive staff as well as Program Managers and Engineers with document preparation and presentation, communications, scheduling, maintaining office standards and records, meetings support, and maintaining business protocols in an office environment.
- Punctual, reliable and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to accept tasking from multiple personnel and sources while accomplishing each task in a timely manner.
- Positive, professional attitude and presence with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of office, technical and management personnel both inside and outside of the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls and appointments for office staff.
- Proficiency in the use of general office equipment, such as personal computers, printers, and scanners.
- May require proficiency in the use of specialized software applications, depending on job assignment.
- Working knowledge of company’s Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, and a familiarity with the business operations of assigned office/group.
