DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Operating Material and Supplies (OM&S) Inventory Management Support, to include supporting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) book-to-floor inventory inspections. Create and provide Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System (COLTS) database inventory reports and As Installed Configuration Management (CM) reports upon request. Provide Material Support Shipment actions to include responding to material shipment request emails, creating shipment documents to facilitate world-wide outgoing and return shipments. Perform Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System (COLTS) database updates in providing real time status of Program of Record (POR) Spares allocation, location, and material condition. Perform COLTS database updates to include researching Navy Supply’s One Touch Supply database, SATCOM ILS products, i.e. Technical Publications, Approved Parts Lists (APLs), and other databases in obtaining associated data to include parts weight, dimensions, reference designators, and Navy Stock Numbers (NSN), and Source Maintenance and Recoverability Codes (SM&R) to better identify POR spares. Support International Partners (IP) Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT) systems support to include responding to IP email notifications of failed parts, creating and routing offline Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) forms. Coordinating Installation Check Out Spares (INCOS) support to include COLTS updates, INCOS international shipments, and the failed assets returned to NIWC LANT, CH for No Evidence of Failure (NEOF) testing. Coordinating DEPOT overhaul, modification, and tracking of NMT X-Band High Power Amplifier Power Condition Units, to include COLTS modifications updates
Coordinating NMT EBEM inventory and management to include creating and submitting offline ITSM tickets in tracking failed EBEM repair efforts.
REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years performing Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment support (or 13 years if not DAWIA Level 2 certified) functions to include: logistics management, principles,
practices, and processes. Must be able to write and track SCDs in SPIDER. Must know the modernization process for SCDs. Must have the ability to create, populate, edit, and track all current and future SCDs for COMSTCOM. The ideal candidate will be engaging COMSATCOM subject matter experts (SME), 170 integrated topside Design/Environmental Qualifications Lead, and other technical entities to gather information needed for SCD development. Must have six (6) years of experience in support of C4ISR systems. Demonstrated management skills, to include - Analyzing Contracts, Analyzing System Design Specifications, Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines. Experience supervising Logistics Specialists. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 2 or have equivalent logistics training or possess an additional three (3) years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.
REMARKS
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
Compensation: $38 - $47 an hour.
Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
